How can I order?
You can order SiWell in our shop. Here, just click the product that you want and click 'buy now'. Finish your order with your personal data and that's it!
Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?
You can change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. You can do this in your account. If you don't have an account, you can contact us at info@siwell.nl.
If you have a subscription, you can always check and change your subscription via the personal link you have received in your email. These changes will be implemented with the next delivery.
Which payment methodes do you offer?
We accept IDeal Klarna, Creditcard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
For subscriptions, we only accept Creditcard or PayPal.
My discount doesn't work, what now?
Do you have a code? You can add this in the check-out. Please check if there are no spelling mistakes.
Do you have an automatic code? You don't have to fill anything in yourself. Just order and fill in all your data, the coupon will be applied automatically.
Will I get a confirmation of my order?
Of course! After your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with the details of your order.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We ship for free in the Netherlands!

What is the delivery time for my order?
We ship your product the same or the next business day. We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 business days.
If your order has not been delivered within this timeframe, we ask that you allow an additional 3 business days (5 business days in total). It is possible that your package is delayed.

What is the return period?
You can return your order to us within 14 days. Please register this return by emailing us. The costs for returning the order are the responsibility of the customer.
